Thanks, and don't rush on my account.

EDIT: had a chance to look inside the mod files and it is in Dmitry's that the sound/engine work needs to be done.

Success! I cheated though. As I just wanted to get it working rather than actually do a proper upgrade (I'm just getting into modding) I added the Coronado to Kreichbaum's engine pack. I like Robinicus' work too, but KB's M11 is my favourite. After deleting the defs for sound and the sound folder I tackled the engine defs by deleting them all but the dd60_380.sii. Then I used a dd13_380 def from Galimim's Cascadia upgrade, putting back in a few bits and names from the original Coronado one, except the two sound lines. Then all those defs in the dealer, company etc I removed the sound and made sure the engine specified was the dd60_380 which it was for all but two. Removed the stereo_convergence and that was that!

Well done. I was being more meticulous as I wanted to get rid of all errors and warnings. They cause pauses in the game and that drives me nuts. Glad it works for you. :)

@BK Vissers I am attempting to do your edits, but am having issues. Don't I have to take the mod an extract it with the SCS extractor to be able to edit it? When I do that, the popup window opens then closes real fast. Can't see what it says because it closes to fast lol. I liked using this truck and hope to be able to salvage it.

@PBandJ - no no, the scs extractor is ONLY to extract the base files of the from the vanilla game to get to use SCS assets.

The file should be a simple zip. So if it’s .scs, change the extension to .zip.

I've made a 1.37 compatibility patch for the Coronado. PLEASE NOTE: This patch does not make the windows openable. If that is essential to you then find another mod truck to enjoy or wait for Dmitry to do an update.

First of all, this is only a patch, you must have the original mod found on the first page of this thread. I do not want to have any accusations of copying a mod, so this is only a patch.

You can download the file HERE.

Unless you want default SCS sounds, you must also subscribe to @Robinicus excellent FMOD sound pack as the defs I included use the sound files he created. I have made all engines in the mod supported by his sound pack, so you will have CAT, Detroit, Cummins etc. sounds.

YOU MUST UNZIP THE FILE. Inside you will find a patch for the truck, a patch for the backup camera system, a sound defs patch, and a load order so that you can see how to arrange everything as well as orientation for the reverse camera, if you wish to use it.

If you want the smoke generator to work, you will need @piva's amazing little fix found here:

@dmitry68 - Just like I said when I patched this for 1.36, if you want me to remove this patch, I will do so immediately. If you want to incorporate it into your mod, please feel free to do so. I am hosting on my DropBox for free, I do not want to make money from helping people.

You’re welcome, guys, but the real praise is for dmitry68 who made a super mod that still is interesting years later. :)
