[1.29] Volvo VNR fix

SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Hello "galimim",

thanks for your work to update this famous truck! A few little things...:

- <WARNING> [resource_task] Default temporary buffer is insufficient while reading '/vehicle/truck/volvo_vnr/truck.pmg' with size 48835020
- <ERROR> [snd] Failed to bind, file not found! (/sound/truck/W900_PACCAR/int/ventilo.ogg)
- <ERROR> [baked_model] Too many indices in 'chassis' (133939) for material '/automat/2d/2d24adcd4100eeec.mat'

SiSL- compatibility: Figures onto the dashboard have a wrong position in outside wiev.
Paintjobs: The paintjobs in "Volvo_VNR_2018.scs\vehicle\truck\upgrade\" are not aviable.

What's wrong in the picture? They look fine to me.

i just tried this in a vanilla profile and the windshield and windows are purple
Intel Core i7 10700K, Ram: G.Skill 64GB DDR4 3600, windows 11 bit OPS, MSI 3070TI Suprim X, MSI Z590 carbon Mb, EVGA 1000W power supply

I agree its an issue, I just dont know where the problem is. The texture seems fine (no square textures), the tobj setting are fine...

Might not be helpful, but I believe you posted this in the wrong thread... yout pics are from a VNL, not VNR...

First off you are talking about VNL ;) I am using the UV unwrap that came with the truck (more or less). I agree, that it could be better but it is a massive job to re do the whole UV unwrap from scratch to fix those problems, and I am not very good at it specially if we are talking about complex shapes, so for now it will stay as is.
