Kenworth K100-E

SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

@steben Go to Truck Dealer > Mod Dealer > buy the truck, associated it with a Garage you own.

@An_Old_Rebel_Trucker In which case they are using an unsupported modding technique that SCS could close at any patch.

If it's mods in Convoy you know it's unsupported.

Real life issues about car/truck lights are really interesting, but, what about lightbar for ATS K100-E truck?
There aren't any problems with lightbars for Freightliner FLB or Argosy, which are rather popular trucks among the gamers.
So, this handsome truck was undeservedly overlooked considering roof lightbar, imo.
Thanks god, ATS police doesn't care about the types of lights installed on trucks. :D
Your problem was with the headlight brightness.
One thing you can do, is edit the truck's headlight def file: def/vehicle/truck/<truck-name>/head_light/standard.sii
So find a mod truck that has headlight that work well for you. Then copy all the parameters from it's headlight def file, to the k100's headlight def file. Don't edit the 3rd line.

The lightbar was not overlooked. I've inspected a few thousands of k100E pics, and it was not there.

This is the first time I turned on this truck in the game today, and I want to say that it is very dark in the cockpit. Very dark textures. As I pointed out, this applies to many mods.
It seems to me that when developing and editing mods, you should rely on the parameters of the default trucks.

That's a known issue. overfloater planned to rework the interiors from scratch and thus didn't want to touch the current ones.

Wait, last time i was playing ats which was a month ago i've been using this mod for some heavy loads, after i've seen an ep of twinsticks with an canadian k100 with a nice buckskin interior..offtopic..... ANYWAYS, when i played it the interior isn't dark at all. unless my game was too bright the only thing wrong that i don't like is that the tri axle doesn't have a long frame, and that it takes a living cat to get to that stretched frame, But very rewardful at the end. And now my comment is too lo
