One of my all time favourite vids. Btw, I'm pretty sure it's a K125, not a K124. 600hp CAT 3408 ... pure bliss 🤤

It runs a Spicer ProShift (5x4) with 3.9 final drive - 100km/h @ 1600rpm

While technically speaking the ProShift is a 20-speed (5x4), it is mostly driven as a 15/16-speed due to the fact that some of the gear ratios are the same or over-lap the previous gear(s), especially in the higher ranges. How it's driven:

Btw, according to Spicer documentation, the splitter gears are labelled: Low, Under, Direct and Over.
MSI MPG Z590 Gaming Plus - Intel i7-11700KF - MSI MEG CORELIQUID S280 AIO
MSI RTX 3070 Gaming Z Trio 8GB - Samsung LC32G7xT
Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB DDR4 @ 3600MHz - 5 x Samsung SSD - 9GB total
MSI A750GF 750W - LIAN LI LANCOOL 215 X

@Crocko From Oz He says "Truck is my 1980 Kenworth K124CR"), and since he's got the paperwork, mate, I guess.... ;-)

Well, maybe he is willing to strike a deal with us, like we do all the research to cut his workload, and he does the coding and the 3D adaptations? Or we club together and send him a little donation each via paypal as an added incentive on top? Or we sponsor his next DLC?

But then again, where in ATS can we resourcefully use that Overdrive? What we need is RTS Road Train Simulator. I'd be curious how many nerds like us are here who would relish doing a 90 mile straight in the Nullarbor Plane , lol (yeeehes, I know that's only one aspect of Australia ;-) )

^I always smile when I see your signature. Maybe it could also say hire Overfloater. 😀. There's our classic pack dlc maker right there. Hired in as contact, get paid that way for your trucks and we can get old school trucks at great quality this way. Just need manufacturers to agree, SCS to agree and overfloater himself to agree.

Actually no more.
As the owner of the truck said in one of his video, the transmission was swapped some year ago with an 18 speed fuller.
