I'm starting to really like driving this mod. It did seem a little lite on the rear axles when pulling heavy loads off road. I added just enough to make it comparable to other trucks I use in the game. The short wheel base makes it really maneuverable. I'm wondering how I am going to go back to conventionals?

eeldavidgt wrote: 08 May 2021 13:14 Since I started playing ATS, this truck was the first one I downloaded, and although I have a poor quality PC, this one certainly doesn't come with much polygon, which means for my PC that I can still use it for long trips. Now a question: Previously in versions 1.35 and 1.36 there were the old sounds before it was implemented in FMod like the N14 and the Cummins 444. Would it be possible to bring back those amazing sounds including the previous sound of the Cummins 444, only converted to Fmod? And to finish, I thank you for making this cool mod. Note: I don't speak English, but I translated it with Google Chrome (thanks tech)
This is a question for anyone who know how to work with sounds. 🙂
In this case, @kriechbaum. Since his mega-pack is where i took those sounds from.

If not, downgrading to 1.35 or 1.36 is still a possibility.

^With this truck, you don't have to worry about it. If you don't want to drive conventionals, don't. The quality is there for this mod for sure. Just keep using it and keep supporting the game by buying dlc's is all that matter.

I figured out how to add the 18 speed with the 3.60 final drive rear ends from the Viper 389 to this truck. I love that transmission and am really happy to have it in this truck.

@overfloater Has the "clown car" option been removed from the K100e, I can seem to make it work anymore? :(

- GPS, in both positions
- Gray paint job
- Volvo steering wheel
- Clown car <----- not listed

@Trucker_71
As much as i'd love to eliminate any possibility of this mod ever being referred to as "the stretched cabover mod", no.

After you've picked the steering wheel, go to the paint job menu.

I know it's out of the question, but is the Kenworth W900 project still in progress?

@overfloater Ahhh... I was looking for it in the chassis menu.
I'm not a fan of stretched frames in real life if it's just for looks. Back in the day there were lots of stretched cab-overs for hauling over length steel and such. In the game it's sometimes fun to use it as a challenge for some deliveries. ;)
