SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

@bulldog6280 It's not likely a truck mod that thousands of people have no trouble with would be the cause of your crash.

@overfloater , please add a chassis with the front axle pushed forward to the modification for ETS2. It is currently only available in the ATS version.

My game is crashing when I try to select the engine. Any help. Below is my log file.

@pauliniski It's missing the TOBJ texture file which shows up in the Ui, its causing a crash, from what i see it can't load the 3406 either and also i would change the freight.xl.engine since its taken by something else and patch it to that truck name too.

Thanks for your reply, however I have no idea how to fix is and where to get the missing TOBJ texture.

II do have Freighliner XL in my fleet, should I try changing the engine in it to fix the issue?

The XL causes a lot of issues, maybe you should consider disabling it and then see what happens.

I did and the issue is the same. It has to do something with engine as ver 1.1 which is 1.36 if I'm not mistaken loads fine.

Em I supposed to be running the sound compatibility patch in 1.37?

Ver 1.2 crashed when I try to select and engine.

You might have to sell the engine and reselect it or at least one that is 1.37 ready.

@pauliniski it does have to do with the new FMOD sound engine, if it does not have a bank then you can't use it with 1.37 i was working on a few private engines last night that are built off of Kriechbaums files and what not.
