For the most part modders don't update their mods till a version is out beta and becomes a public version.

Hello folks!
First of all - @overfloater, your truck is just great, one of my favourite in ATS (I like cabovers, generally speaking) - thanks a lot!!!

I've noticed that in ATS american trucks are rather "blind", they have rather weak headlight (this is just my private opinion and my private preferences).
So, I personally need additional light for trucks in ATS, it's more comfy for me.

Regarding to this, I need some tips on how to get more light for this truck. By default this truck is rather "blind" and I haven't found the way to get a roof lightbar or additional headlights (there aren't slots for them).
I appreciate If anybody can tell me the mods for additional slots and/or roof lightbar for this truck.

@Trucker_71
That's funny  Thank you! :)
If I only could...

P.S.: I thought there could be, maybe, something that already exists...

For the k100 you need to download the mod from his google drive.

I think this has something to do with the regulations across the pond. As far as I know, vehicle headlights, especially high beams are required by law to be dimmer in the US, compared to Europe, in order to reduce the risk of blinding oncoming drivers on the freeways. :ugeek:

@LoaderSaints, that's been thrown out the window. Have you seen some of the headlights lately? They'll make a bat go blind, they're so bright. Half the time I think they have the high beams on and I flash my lights. Then I find that they only have the lows on. It's crazy!

@Grizzly thank you, I already use this mod, and it makes my night ride experience much better, I like this mod.
But, I always use roof lightbar when it's possible, because in 1.41 the nights are really dark.
Even with the mod you've mentioned there is not enough light for me at night in K100-E (roof lightbar isn't available) because both low and high beam for me are too dim.
I understand that K100-E model is rather old and maybe it's historic truth that it has so dim headlight, but, nevertheless, it,s too dim and not comfy personally for me.
Also, I saw pics of K100-E on the internet, and on the pics it had roof lightbar. So, there's nothing bad if this K100-E has the roof lightbar too, imho. Actually, I don't understand why the respectful author of this great truck decided not to include the roof lightbar in this great mod.

@LoaderSaints this is reasonable explanation enough. On the other hand, I don't think the more strong headlight can hurt AI vehicle drivers in the videogame :)

@GT182 pardon, are you talking about the real life or ATS? In ATS I haven't seen so bright headlight you're talking about.

In real life a light bar would be illegal in the U.S. and Canada.
