Oh, I forgot engine braking positions are not as precise as retarder ones. I'll stick to the retarder workaround for auto transmissions but still, it's great for manual :)

To be fair it's also an issue for retarder positions (while it's possible to simulate a braking program by simply adding an additional step that just add downshifting on the retarder, it's not perfect since it's a full position, while IRL it's just either a button or a temporary position where you just pull down to activate, and it remain activated until you stop using the engine brake or retarder)

In any case, I did propose to SCS for them to add something similar to the retarder but for the engine brake instead (where you can simulate each position a bit more precisely)

In RL a lot of trucks at least in the near past had a switch on the dash where you could choose the strength of the jake when it's on.

Most of them have a stalk now instead, Volvo did transition to that in the early 2000 (both on the VNL and the FH), and other finally followed suit

@Trucker_71 Me too.

Volvo did the transition in 2003 when they changed from the VN to the VNL, I know that Daimler did the transition in north america (at least for Freightliner) to it when the DT12( which are rebadged Mercedes G281 and G330) came out, and the rest followed out when the stalk controller came out for Eaton transmissions at the same time as the Eaton Endurant.

Europe was in advance for a while on that one, especially considering that pretty much everyone in 2009 was using stalks engine brake and retarder controls there

@Skoot I'm not sure what you mean, I haven't removed anything, only changed some names.
I've updated to 1.2 version of the mod, and my Lonestar missed an APU, a manual interior, etc. Should be an issue on my side, will try it as soon as I turn the display driver back on.(yes I'm that stupid)

BTW have you thought about making a manual interior for Mack Anthem?

Sound like an issue on your side.

About the Anthem, I already have a rework for it pretty much done, I just have to post it. It will have separate interiors for mDrive, Allison and manual (both Eaton and Mack) transmissions.

You've totally got my respects.👍 Golden bulldog and a manual sounds just nice. Never liked auto transmissions, lol.

Is this for the SCS Lonestar?
