SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

[WIP] Pacific P-500F
Those who follow my work on other channels have probably seen this once or twice already, or maybe you saw the teaser in the Scot topic. If not, surprise! I started work on another Canadian rarity back in January.

That’s a weird looking one for sure.
What are those round things on the sides of the hood, air intakes? If yes, what’s the small thing that looks like an air filter?

I have approximate knowledge of many things

It looks really neat. Would love to take it for a spin once it's done
The smallest details always make the biggest difference.
Re: [WIP] Pacific P-500F
Very nice! I think this is the first Pacific model I've seen for ATS.
Re: [WIP] Pacific P-500F
What years were this model produced, and what engines were available? (I'm assuming Detroit, Cummins and Caterpillar?)
Re: [WIP] Pacific P-500F
Also noticed how high the ride height is, going by the images I assume it's a logging truck?
Re: [WIP] Pacific P-500F
If it's built tough, I'll take it
PS. Detroit Diesel(?) or Cummins NTC

Re: [WIP] Pacific P-500F
@Smarty will it have a sleeper?
Re: [WIP] Pacific P-500F
I remember seeing one of these routinely in the 70's running up/down the 401 between London and Toronto; of course it was an owner-operator, and whenever I saw it was hauling a 53' Trailmobile... can't remember which outfit the guy worked for though... My Dad (the truck driver) just loved it...! Would have happily traded his General for it any day!
