No scrollbars in long drop-downs [not a bug]

Really.
A bug is something that shouldn't be there, or something working incorrectly.
What you've got there is something that you'd like added.
I'm sure it would be helpful to some players, but it isn't a bug.

Today I was checking ETS2 version 1.17 for some other purposes and I've also checked for this issue. And guess what? There IS a scrollbar in a drop-down!!

So, it has been there for a loooong time! I think now it's definitely confirmed...

This is simply a multi-language version of the game versus single-language.

Steam-users can change it. A non-steam installation might only offer the language(s) for the local market the game-distributor is operating on. My German installation from DVD offers only one choice: German. But my Steam-based installation offers much more options. I use English. Because by using that, it is easier for me to understand what people are talking about, at this place.

So no, no bug. It is a requirement caused by your game-distributor.

I have a Steam version only and it would be totally illogical to intentionally remove a scrollbar, because in such case you never know there are more items available.
This issue appears not only for languages, but currencies as well, for example. Basically, for all drop-downs in game options (at least at the Gameplay page).
