I've found a few more. I took screenshots of each, but the files are apparently too large to add here. In their place I will add a brief description to their locations:

This is at the end of the road that connects San Francisco's port and rest area to the city streets.

This is north of Plaster & Sons in San Rafael where the service road crosses US101.
