Double speed limit signs [FIXED]

As you can see there is one sign before the intersection and one after it -and one on the right road that was my route. So this is how the signs are supposed to be in the US? If not, then the same issue is on the other way of this part of Bakersfield.

The first one that's there is probably there because there was a speed limit change. The one just past the intersection likely there because if you're coming off of that intersection and you turn right, how would you know how fast you're supposed to go. I'm not seeing the third one you mention.

The first one sign is correct, the one that is on the right road (where leaded your route) is correct too. The third after the intersection is I guess not neccessary because there is no speed limit changes on this road or intersection an this sign show 35 mph speed limit as the one before.
