Scania \8/ sound mod Update 2021/03/06 Version 11.5

Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.
Posting in the Mods forum (ATS and ETS2) is restricted to sharing free-to-the-public mods and providing support for mods. For more details, please check the Forum Rules.

Thank you very much for this update Kriechbaum. We are fortunate with your fantastic soundmods since SCS doesn't care how theire trucks sounds. :(

I just read that you are updating the stock sound version. Excellent, I will wait for its relaunch. Anyway, thanks for updating for people who enjoy open pipe sound.

Great to see it updated however I've noticed an audible 'metallic' sound which happens under full acceleration between 1100-1300 rpm. It can be heard clearly from the exterior.

Mr @kriechbaum are you planning to make a pack with all your engine sounds ? because for those like me who use the vanilla game just like me just want to improve the sounds of SCS lol, and who drive several trucks, it's quite annoying to have to put several mods files in the folder.

Was waiting for this one since you last updated the DC13 open pipe sound. The difference between those are quite noticeable. Loving it! Thank you @kriechbaum Really hope you also add these for the newer gen scania.

I miss the Scania v8 stock sound and of course the 4 series open pipe sound and the crackle V8 one.
With time Mr. Kriechbaum will update them all. One Thing I noticed with that soundmod that got updated yesterday is that I have some crackles and popps or however you call it in the sound while driving. Maybe it's a problem that I am just having.
I don't know how to explain it.
