For me its too hard to do it. I have tried everything. I cant understand it please someone do it for me. I tried it all but it isnt working, please some one do it fo rme. I miss the sound.

Bit cheeky, but any ideas on how to update air brakes, air lines etc mod? Really missing those sounds.

@SilverTrucker No sorry I'm retired from making sound mods and I don't know much about FMod, but I think Kriechbaum will come in time with an update for this sound mod.

I found it to be simple in fact, but you just have to explain it correctly.
This is how I did it in pictures

We therefore modify the original sound of the Capt and in the end, in the mod manager, we only include the mod sound of the capt

Don't forget to remove the line "sound ....) by include sound_sui ...

Here, with a simple explanation, we arrive at the result in 10 seconds

Hi, I did as explained and it works for me and thank you, what a pleasure to be able to benefit again from the excellent work of Kapitan Kriechbaum.But I have a hiss when accelerating, is this an added turbo sound? if yes,I don't find it realistic and rather unpleasant.

@Fluff 'N Pups You could use Fmod bank tools to extract the sound files. Then grab the turbo sound file and put it in a second bank file. So you can use the engine and exhaust souds from krichbaum's bank, and use the turbo from your bank.

Haven't tested it, but it should work.

Thanks for the very clear "receipe" Leen ! I'll try it as soon as I have updated. I have to drive my trucks back to their homebase and there is another engine sound I'd like to keep going until the captain gets around to it, the Range T one: viewtopic.php?f=211&t=278117

Can I do almost the exact same thing using the same file that luukf8 shared with us. Only need to change the truck's directory name to "renault.t" everywhere ?

That mod also includes a file for air brakes and air gears sounds, can it be used as is too ?
