SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. Do Volvo FH 2009 and FH 2012 sound the same in real life?

It could mean the New(2012) FH13 and FH16 but not 2009. In other words, does FH3 and FH4 sound the same?

No, they do not sound the same. The 2012 Volvo FH use the D13C engine and the 2009 Volvo FH use the D13A engine. In real life they do not sound exactly the same.

At the moment there is no proper sound/truck mod for the real 2009 Volvo FH. Whenever I find a good truck mod with the correct badges and interior, the sound is used from the 2012 Volvo. When I find a good 2009 Volvo sound, the truck is not correct and doesnt have the real interior and engine badges.

You can find nice FH13 open pipe sound but I would like the original sound.

I found one video on youtube with a very good sound but its a private sound and no download link :-(

Hi

this soundmod sounds great.i started Ets2 just know with 1.26 and my fav. is simply Volvo.

is there a plan for an update on this version?

Just a question if you need time, take what you need!

I must say that i love my volvo truck, but stock sound was pain.

This mod changed my experience completly!

Version 2.0 of this mod works with 1.30 ETS2

In my opinion this should be used as default sound for ETS2 by SCS team.

Is there any chance that you update your soundmod for the latest version of Eugene's Volvo FH4 rework? Because now i'm having some issues with it. When accelerating the shifting goes too fast. :?
