While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

@kriechbaum After using this mod for some weeks now I'm totally in love with the 11 litre sound. That sound is something you (and SCS devs  ) should use as a benchmark. It is so well balanced and perfectly synced. Don't tell anyone, but I'm even using it on my Scania L6 engines

dear Kriechbaum, thank you for your message, sorry for my late reply due to moderators giving me a free ban here  I am willing to test as well the Merceds OM471 sound if you will make it with highest importance, as this one was the only one giving issues to me.
the problem with the priority is real and I checked as following: I have 1.000 traffic events and I gave to some of them high (not highest) priority, only for trucks, motorcycles and sport cars. in game the truck engine wasn't working correctly having constant interruptions at crowded areas.
then I've got another idea, first I restored all my traffic sounds to medium priority. this is easy because FMOD do not seem to remember the priority and at next load of the projects, all events are back to medium priority! next I put all normal sounds (cars, classic cars, vans, some trucks) with lower priority, kept Ai trucks sounds on medium and sport and motorcycles at high priority. at these settings the traffic sounds seem to cope very well with the truck engine sounds and even the jake/engine brake works well!
Enjoy driving with my Real Traffic Density for ETS2 and ATS
Enjoy listening my Real Ai Traffic FMOD Sounds for ETS2 and ATS
I have quit SCS forum...

I've spent a whole lot of time driving trucks with ridiculous engines in ETS2 and I still adore the Scania V8 engine(by the way amazing job on that one too). Recently though I'm driving a lot in a 1:1 map and the need for a smaller more economic truck was obvious. So this is where the Renault came in and Im seriously impressed by how much power an 11 liter engine can make but also by the quality of the recording and the way this mod was made. I salute you for your great work sir. :D

This mod replaced transmission sound in Scania. I use your Scania open pipe sounds. Other sounds seems to be normal in Scania.

Should I use one sound mod at time?

@w1lb3r1 It's only the addon file that replaces the sound. You have to inactivate it in the mod manager when changing to another truck brand

Hi kriechbaum,
I've tried to add you and "Fox on the Box" on Steam to start talking but you refused my request so i've created my SCS Forum account.

I love your mod and i hope that sound pack will be added officially into ETS2 but that's will be a good idea to add it into the Steam Workshop to easily diffuse update (if you have) and simplify the installation of the mod without extracting packaging and copy/paste files. Some users didn't do it because it's too much hard for them.
Adding your mod into Steam Workshop will be great for being known by users and using it easily by clicking on a single button.

Can i know why isn't on the Steam Workshop ?

Thanks for your reply ;) .

Since the 1.39 version is on the air, this amazing sound doesn't work any more !!! Do you know if this is a general problem with the 1.39 and the Renault sound needs to be updated or the problem is mine ?
