[Updated 02.01.22] SCANIA NextGen V8 sound mod by Max2712 V5.0

Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

@Jadro The Steam Workshop version doesn´t work yet, because I can´t update it at the moment. If you download the normal version it´ll definitely work. Make sure to restart the game or even try to change the engine after activating the mod.

I am using 1.40 beta. It's not steam version i downloaded the file from the first post.

In that case something else is conflicting with this sound mod. I spent most of last night driving the V8 in 1.40 and I can confirm that it works fine.

@Max2712 do you intend to do a V4? What's missing from this and the kreichbaum sound is the turbo noise like on this video. And maybe improve the overall sound like on your V4 of L6 sound ?

I love your mod, seriouly, I really do, but... please could you change the horrendous horn sound and use the default one?
