The famous Scania DSC14 V8 engine sound is now in ETS2.
Now updated to v2, added new interior sounds, new interior sound volume balance that came with update v1.43, truck noise sounds (suspension noise), and overall updated to a new template, which works for the game ETS2 v1.43+
This sound mod works for all SCS stock in-game Scania Trucks including the new generation Scania S/R and for the mod trucks Scania RJL(Including the 4 Series) and the Scania R2012 by Fred.

Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Very Nice job ! But because the last DSC14 engine was the 144 460 and 530 , its not realistic to put it compatible with DC16's (put it for 1 series , 3 series streamline ekualizer etc)

Well for me it somehow doesn't really sound like an V8 and I would wish that someone could record the V8 sound of a Scania Streamline because from what I heard the V8 sound from every Scania and engine changes with age which would be interesting to have. I am talking about just a normal stock sound and no open pipe sound. Hope that sometime my wish be made.

Is it possible to delete the truck inside the def folder to resolve this problem?

Does this sound work on all engines or just the V8s? Or also on none V8s?
