SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Oh man. So sounds like we'll have an update for this weekend then. I'll be using the X15 in my Cascadia. The DD in the mod sounds great and much better than the SCS one but my ears are too tuned for this DD13 only. I can't use anything else after I've watched this video at least 25 times now, lol. The mod's jake brake is still a bit too Euro for me. I could use it if I bought a Mercedes in Euro Truck though. But in ATS I just can't force myself to do it, lol.
My post are only thoughts and ideas. Don't assume it makes ATS.

Yeah mate but I told you that video has no bass. If you were in the truck you would hear something totally different. This is because of his camera.
That said it sounds very nice without bass but not as it is irl
I've made a small mod that adds this details:
-realistic air brakes
-fuller shifter sound and it's switches.
-alternative reverse bip.
-air governor sound. The famous "pshhhhhh"
While driving the shifter is almost not audible.
Release of this small mod will come as a separate mod and when I'll release the 3.4 megapack soon.
That said it sounds very nice without bass but not as it is irl

Nice add. I just upgraded my Mega Shifter to a STG (should be here this weekend or early next week) and it clicks just like that. I'm definitely gonna enjoy the real Eaton clicking sound. The air brakes has more umpth too. That's gonna be nice.

Wait, is the Freightliner Classic XL by Johannes Impolite going to be supported in the future? Or are the bundled sounds by you? I vaguely remember a "C15 435 - straight piped" being my go-to engine like a year ago, and it has one, although the main pack no longer does.

A additional sound mod with the megapack? Omg yes please. I'm still using the one you released with 1.37. @kriechbaum is what you're talking about a newer version of that mod that came out with megabucks 3.2?

Not really the one in 3.2 was to mute the air gears sounds.
