You can always edit Kriehcbaum's pack so that his engines have prices starting from $1. That way they'll always be at the top of the list.

Most of the engines this mod adds have the exact same name as the default ones,

In the top right corner of the engine menu is a filter, click on that and it will display which engine mods you have. You can choose to display just Kreicbaum's mod and that way choose which of his engines you want to use.

How to use dd60 series sound on my ws49x

It's a matter of seeing if they have the engines in the westernstar.49x folder located in the mod's def / vehicle / truck, and seeing if the .sii files "dd60_455" and "dd60-515" and their respective .sui file are present.

Might be a real dumb question...I'm in the process of buying the Cascadia right now. How do I know which engines are the ones from kriechbaum and which ones are stock SCS?

@kriechbaum thanks for finally adding a DD series sound, it has always been one i have been looking forward due to me not haven't driven a detroit powered vehicle IRL yet and anxious to see what they hear like so much appreciated.

Just looking forward to you adding a updated ISX/X15 sound now which patience is the key cause i know you'll do it great job of it.

Just wondering though a engine sound that would be good for you to do a some point. A VT903, haven't seen any sound mods regarding this engine and would be a good choice for the old school V8 fanboys like myself lol.

Oh yes I agree with the Cummins vt903 engine! in-fact one thing is back then when my dad drove a truck his had a vt903 under the hood...
I would love to see a Cummins vt903 engine in ATS but unfortinally there isn't a mod that I have seen for one... like I haven't seen any mods for vt903 in the workshop or outside the workshop (internet)

Speaking of vt903 wasn't that a engine option before? or was it taken down...?
I really love your work @kriechbaum! but I'm curious if it is possible to recreate the Cummins vt903 to feel realistic...
In-fact I searched up in google what was the max horsepower possible for the vt903 and it was 630hp - 1000hp and thought that could be used for heavy hauling...
