That's bad. I said before, SCS kill weather modding. Why? I don't know. But I can send you my unfinished weather mod (SCS default) where I hit to "albedo-based" light curve in index [0]. So, I hope, it can help you with your mod. But at first, you must create correct "lighting" settings for dashboard panel at day and streets lights at night, then (if you patience is not finished ) create weather look settings. Here no another way with "new lighting system" from SCS.

EDIT. Here is my SCS ATS weather setup files. I repeat: this is UNFINISHED version, so is you use it in game, you may see wrong lighting.
But here "min\max adaptation" and some other HDR parameters group is correct for bright dashboard panel for default trucks.

@Kass I feel your pain, really I do. All ya can really do is work with what's there, and not let scs incompetence get you down....they'll figure it out well enough that you can work with it, eventually...lol. Maybe by the time Texas or Wyoming is done, they might be close....and by then they'll completely change something else.

@serialblack Oh yeah real pain for sure. 9 years or so and SCS still releases unfinished updates like this, why well most for sure is they want to keep ppl who have PC´s from early 2000´s to play ETS and ATS, thats the main reason.
Second look at the DX11, ETS came out after DX11 was released so they knew, yet they still releae ETS without DX11 support at all and how long and took them 6 years or to update ets for DX11!!! and if you remember they did the exact same crap, updated to full DX11 in several updates and God knows for how long. Same with this new crap lighting but maybe in next 2 years or so the lighting will be fully implemented in game, who knows.
I will go further they updated the engine for the DX11 because Steam stopped the support for DX9 and all devs got warned about some months in advance bcoz Valve warned them all, otherwise i bet ETS & ATS would still in DX9. This is fact.
Keep in mind DX11 soon will going to be (Obsolete) as well, will go to Jurassic museum like previous DX´s

Is there anyway to make it compatible with viewtopic.php?f=212&t it kinda works but he included new wiper sounds in the pack that make a special sound when on dry windshields only problem is that it keeps making this sound even when it rains when using this mod. Even tried to run this one at higher priority but still does it.

Now RBW does not have or change wiper sounds, the only sounds that change are Rain and thunders sounds, nothing else.

That is the mod yeah, i know your mod doesnt change itbut for some reason it breaks the wiper sound, the mod creator said he would contact you about making it compatible it must be something with recognizing rain to stop the squeeky sound it makes on dry windshields.
