Most notable changes:
  • Map improvements (over 1000km of new roads) - look for US-101 (CA), I-15 (CA), US-93 (AZ) and few more.
  • Complete overhaul of navigation algorithms (direction aware, multiple modes)
  • Environmental lighting improvement
  • Time zones support

  • Rain drops rendering optimizations
  • Lot of map fixes (holes, barriers, signs, speed limits, flying objects)
  • Prevented crash if number of trailer nodes changes in prefab without economy reset
  • Changed storage of preview profile configuration (used in preview mode)
  • Fixed side side light on AI paramedic vehicle
  • Fixed lod material mismatch for food_tank trailer

  • Additional rain drops rendering optimizations
  • Lot of map fixes (holes, barriers, signs, flying objects)
  • Load will wait after models are ready for rendering before continuing
  • Economy is reset if number of trailer nodes changes in prefab
  • Fixed AI vehicles sometimes disappearing
  • The new debug overlay can be only activated when g_developer is enabled
  • Added player only navigation lines to gas station prefabs to improve GPS route
  • Fixed road line colors on gas and weight station prefabs (were white instead of yellow)
  • New looks for firetruck and paramedic vehicles

  • Navigation search restarts after teleport (e.g. into service)
  • Fixed possible incorrect gps waypoint after load
  • Disabled navigation penalties on passthrough gas station (0045508)
  • California: north I-5 polish and optimization

  • Firetruck - fixed strobes not alternating
  • Improved fuzzy reflection texture

  • Fixed possible bouncing company trailer
  • Fixed possible simultaneous activation of both blinkers by AI vehicles
  • Fixed incorrect detection of player approaching intersection
  • Fixed traffic rule application to player (sometimes incorrect speed limits)
  • Editor will log errors to fix instead of crashing when one item belongs to two compounds as result of mixing different versions of sectors
  • Various map fixes (holes, signs, flying objects)

  • Added concrete tubes cargo to the economy
  • Prevented AI vehicles changing lanes into merging lanes
  • Improved minimal distance check for road events
  • Various bugfixes of random event scenes
  • Increased base minimal distance between random events
  • Ability to control UI map alignment behavior (i.e. rotation to keep north up) using a g_ui_map_align cvar
  • Prevented crash when no project is selected when saving in sign editor
  • Time zone shown in time display
  • Additional information is printed into log if truck model is incompatible with model baking

  • Changed weather editor to allow entry of values outside of the default range
  • Fixed duplicate lane merge for AI vehicles (0046233)
