if there is anything to fix, it should be fixed eventually.
but right now i just don't see it. maybe i am doing something wrong and the issue did not pop up yet ...

ats and ets have same code and most of the data now.
aside of transmission ratios, only engine rpm ranges are different now (by like 100 rpm), AFAIK. but still it causes little differences in eg torque converter behavior (bit different torque characteristics near idle and so on).

But Max, remember the "horny trucks" issue where trucks went "erect" as you accelerated?
This wasn't a drivetrain issue, it was a model issue.
Perhaps the longer chassis of US trucks plays a role here? Perhaps they are digging down rather than doing wheelies?

but this time in 1L gear..it kinda makes no sense to me..i know i trucker who was on the road for 42 years and he says he start in 5L with a empty trailer..

So i dont think IRL starting with this joke incline it would stall on 1L with an average load..

BTW this is again mods or no mods it makes no difference,also tried many config with my G27 and it changed nothing.

i would really like to understand your issue. thing is that i tested everything you wrote and had no problem with starting on higher gears.
so i am apparently doing something differently (still suppose no mods). question is what it is...

600hp pulling 19t in 2L (18 speed), and as you can hear I'm not giving it much stick. For inclines I still have 2 more gears before I go to the 2 crawlers.

I'm also using AlexeyP's physics mod which makes it that bit harder.

I had no issues with the W900 625HP on 2L..(BTW which engine is that? it sounds amazing!)

Sure but like i said i changed nothing in my files/controls its really since not 1.3 but 1.2!
