Speed limited at 65mph on WoTr (external) contracts.

The car doesn't go over 65 mph when the limit of 75 miles. In the menu outside option of the "Truck speed limiter".

its intended behavior of external jobs.

many american trucking companies have such limiter set in truck and this is the way how to balance comparison betwen players on WoTr.

being a former truck driver most companys limit the trk speed to 68mph, but if you could at least have it to do 65 that would be great that way the trk will shift into that last gear lol
