G29 Racing Wheel not centering under 25 mph

Issue: Logitech G29 racing wheel not centering while driving under 25 mph. Problem still showing while using fresh vanilla profile.
Game version: Only in v1.4 of ATS (64 bit with DirectX). I did not try Beta v1.5.
Reproducibility: When driving a truck under 25 mph. I only tried a Peterbilt 389 and a Kenworth W900.

No screenshot available, and recording a video with my ShadowPlay software plus my webcam would be too much of a pain for me.
