Creating New Profile!

I want to report an issue with my ETS2 1.25.2.5s version
I downloaded the FULL game from GamersHell Version 1.1.1 then I updated it to version 1.1.3 I played the game while downloading the next patch 1.2.5 It was function but the game was old and I downloaded the latest patch 1.25.2.5s from official eurotrucksimulator2 page the full patch had a 1.6Gb size I installed it succesfully but then I wanted to create a new profile but the screen freezes every time I want a new profile and I cant find solution! I have some mods like cars,buses,etc...
My System Specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 32-bit
AMD AthlonTM DualCore 4850e 2x2,50Ghz overclocked 7%
nVidia GeForce N440GT MSI 1Gb Edition at resolution 1024x768 75Hz
4Gb DDR2 RAM DualChannel
500Watt PSU
Game running smoothly on High settings! +ENB
P.S.: I tried to remove Profiles from MyDocuments then started the game and it freezes on startup I can see only the game background!

Remove the whole ETS2 folder from My Documents.

Not working for me!
The Game Start up and the create profile is shown less than 2 seconds then dissapear and the game freeze!

I cant write it here because it contains more than 60 000 allowed characters!

1. Your PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements for memory
2. Your PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements for graphics card (or even get close to it)
3. You have a whole bunch of broken or outdated mods. Try updating them. Or removing them. Failing that, start a new profile

1. If I know right the game need minimum 2GB of RAM I have 4GB (I try to set everything to minimum)
2. Game running without graphic errors black screens bad textures and something like that. My graphics driver is latest but I can try other older versions or just set up the global settings in nVidia Control Panel for best performance! I think 1Gb is enough because the minimum is 512Mb VRAM
3.Yes I have outdated mods and not compatible with my game version but I removed the whole ETS2 file from MyDocuments and its not helped! I tried to reinstall the game but still not function!
I try to downgrade my game to version 1.24 and see what will happen.

You actually have 3GB RAM, not 4GB. Minimum requirement is 4, not 2GB as you think.
There is no actual minimum VRAM requirement, but recommended is 2GB.

If you can't update the mods, then what you actually need to do is:

• install the mods again,
• downgrade to the previous game version,
• revert to your previous version save from the profile backup folder,
• sell ALL of the mod trucks,
• then try upgrading the game again.

If that doesn't help, then you're pretty much stuck with a profile that's too broken due to your mods, and will have to start again.

Now I have only 4 ways how to fix this:
1.Download the latest update (In game it says that the update/new version is available)
2.Download the Full Game from another site or Buy
3.Downgrading to lower version
4.Upgrade my computer with new 64-bit Windows and components

One More Question: Why I have .TMP files in my bin/Win_x86 folder
