Prefab or edging bug

[Riddle]

Hi,

Whilst i was setting up Convoy Control points on a clean profile i drove up to the edge of a prefab and my wheel clipped through the ground.
After searching the forums I did not get any results in 1.25 or 1.26 BETA sub forum threads.

Can confirm the bug, it's just in front of the second two coloured flower plant, from the electric pole.
