US 93 - Kingman to Las Vegas - speed limit issue

A bug everybody should notice when driving from Kingman to Las Vegas on US-93: The speed limit is going up and down, varying between 70 and 80 without any warnings or signs. It pretty much starts when you enter the bridge (coming from Kingman, driving towards Vegas) where it first drops from 75 to 70. Already noticed that in 1.4

As of 1.6.1.8s, the problem continues. On top of that, there's no speed limit sign at the entrance of the city so you don't know when you should start breaking.

Isn't this due to the state speed limit changing?
