There is a stop sign at a traffic light in Phoenix near I-10 and the airport.

At the same intersection vehicles don't turn right on red and I do get fined when turning right on red.

Nice catch. Maybe all of the stop signs at Phoenix traffic signals can go here.

The bug is still there. Turned right on red, used my indicators and received a $700 ticket.

Stop sign is still there (with traffic light) in Beta 1.6.0.8s at far northwest corner of Phoenix when traveling west
