Volvo FH 2012 steering wheel misalignment [37844]

That's not bug, Volvo has joint (neck tilt) in steering wheel column, as you see this too fast video (start 0:40): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=faJgr_QV7c0
First you adjust main column tilt & wheel height, then using joint you fine tune wheel tilting. SCS uses only 2 adjusts, main column tilt is missing. That main column tilting you can see in Ohaha FH2013 mod at engine start: viewtopic.php?f=35&t=127596
SCS need to built extra adjust joint to add more options. Mean while, it's very easy to adjust wheel so you can see dashboard.

Please, read the topic from start, absolutely same problem was on the Scania viewtopic.php?f=225&t=232151#p722750 but it was fixed fast.

if i see this video i too would say this is not a bug but more a not 100% adapted model

there is indeed a 3. joint for the wheel the game doesnt have

Yes, I've read all pages and don't see any problem to adjust wheel so that I see whole dashboard. I've played since game 1.25 and don't remember to have any steering wheel problems in vanilla truck or modded Pendragon FH2012, Ohaha FH2013 trucks. Do you use some exreme seat adjustments or mods for that?

No, i don't. Ohaha mod just vertical position, adjustment doesn't work, other mods Eugene (and some others which based on them work) have to use SCS model, because steering wheel column code are bloked.

About dashboard - on Scania it's much more vertical than on Volvo and you can see evrething in horizontal position of steering wheel.

If you don't remember how it was, you can just roll back on 1.25 and check Scania adjustments (if you have a time and wish of cource) after compare now (after 1.26 update) and you'll see absolutely similar problem.

I downgraded to game 1.25. After I took SCS Volvo screenshots, I added my old mod FH2013_ohaha_v21.13_g1.25.scs

I couldn't adjust Scania as good as I like, All Volvos was fine.

Because nobody care, that's it. New paintjobs or sunshields on reworked DAF XF 105 is more important thing, i guess. (Totally outdated MAN TGX and Old Iveco Stralis excellent trucks, need to do nothing with them, really?).

Schoolchildren from RTA allready soluted that problem (about steering wheel on Volvo i mean) and they suppose to make money, because our devs have a more important things in their life - drink a beer, eat vepřové koleno and see races with their girlfriends...

RTA that is their own construction of the model, not the use of SCS FH internal model, why SCS can not repair this little details?

Yes, you only can adjust neck and height on steering wheel column because 3rd joint needs SCS rebuild button F4 functions.
How often in game you look steering wheel from passanger seat? Can't you adjust F4 options that you see dashboard when driving?
Adjustable 3rd joint would be nice feature, but I don't see lack of it as bug.

Edit: RTA violates trademarks and copyrights and making money with it. It's same thing than Chinese pirate iphones.

Have you try to convine me (or yourself) it's not a bug, wright? I don't agree with you, it's bug and it was registered under two numbers allready (29025 and 37844). Similar problem was on Scania, and devs fixed it. I ask you one more time - read the topic from the start and you'll understand essence of the problem (you claimed before what you did, but for me obviously - you didn't or did it without attention).

About Chinese pirate iphones - never used, can't give a feedback, but going around some rumours, that they much worse, than original and here the situation look's opposite.

Bugs prevents you to play, this is just missing feature at least since game 1.25 (tested v1.17 too and was ok there too) and I did read every post, some more than twice, looked pictures where using adjusts right would give you full view to dashboard as it should. Tickets means only that devs need to study more if that is issue and need to work with it and didn't see any comment from devs that this is case.
Same to me, if SCS decide do make 3rd joint I'd thank you for it.
