That scene is visible from the normal road or using the default cameras from 1 to 8? Usually the devs accept only bugs that are visible from the default cameras.

Scenes you cant see from allowed roads - means where you can drive your truck - are not bugs. Its to make maps less demanding, since there is little sense in building things, that will take a part of your ram and proc output and noone will see them.
