RR Crossing Guard Lights [40525]

With the new flare system being implemented, I have found that railroad crossing guard lights are practically invisible unless at a certain angle (which in itself is hard to find).

In this image, you can barely make out the flare on the left light, and at any other angle, the lights cannot be seen (at least during the day, did not test at night).
