Polish Paint Jobs Pack - not real eagle, mistake [NOT A BUG]

Hi, in dlc on steam Euro Truck Simulator 2 - Polish Paint Jobs Pack is wrong/not real eagle. I know is low quality but I see difference how wrong crown color. On My photos as Attachments are two different eagle, one eagle have more details, sceond have less detail.

Game version: 1.28.1.3s (32-bit)

The change in area of the crown was done due to Polish law. It is not fully clear if Polish emblem is allowed to be added on that type of paid products.
