Help, some flares are not working [NOT A BUG]

Hi everyone, I noticed a bug probably on my ets2 v 1.28 so I need help.
When I try to buy lighting objects for my truck the are not lighting up, most of them are from raven dlc or something like that, look at the picture.

Lights are on but objects not, and this is a vanilla profile, no mods activated.
But if I try to do the same with some mods a similar problem happens, look at the picture.

The truck is scania rjl 2.2.1 but the same happen with other trucks, scs trucks too.
Now I try to use a mod object and not a dlc's one and... look at the picture.

The emblem on the bed is lighting up normally, so what can I do?
I checked the game cache using steam and every file is ok, when I was on 1.27 everything worked fine, any help or suggestion?
32bit or 64bit the problem is the same
reproducibility always
If nedded I post my log, but which do you want?
Profile 1 using no mods or the second where I use mods?

Maybe i wrong. But dosent the lightboard and other interior stuff work only outside the upgradeshop.

Yes you were right, I just made a try now and I noticed that inside the upgradeshop objects were not working but outside yes.

Thanks for trying - didnt get to bugs much lately. Yes - some of the exterior/ interior lights accesories are connected directly to energy, while some are connected to started engine/ manual switch.
