GPS not Displaying Road

At Bordeaux a dirt road circumventing a job site isn't displayed on the nav like it's closed. There's no xxx or invisible barrier and I was able to go thru there. Is there an easter egg there?

I'm not sure this will help or related. If it's not I'll remove it and move it into another report.

It's random and appears in the vicinity of the job site. I don't know what triggered it. Doesn't seems to be related to FPS because I basically have low FPS all the time and this is the first time I noticed it.

Need gamelog / this looks like caused by mods.
