Special Transport DLC - escort vehicles didn't came back [48513]

So this happen I was going out somewhere.(IRL) save the game, quit the game came back home, load the game, spawn in next thing you know the escort vehicles didn't spawn. AI didn't give me room cause the escort was not there but the good thing I finished the load anyways.
When driving > Save Game > Quit > Load Game > AI escort vehicles didn't spawn with me.

Can you please describe what you did before you quit the game? If there is anything unusual that can help us solve this bug. Also did you try to teleport somewhere throughout the special transport mission? Thanks.

Well I was just driving than decide to go away for a while so I save the game and quit. Nothing really besides doing other missions that's it.
Nope never teleport besides going to the location to start the mission that is the only time i teleport never during the mission.
