[ST DLC] Given avoid sleeping offence

I was delivering the massive red cargo on the route in the vive la france dlc and was given an avoid sleeping fine just as i was arriving at the destination. Even though i had 8 hrs remaining on the delivery.

Fatigue time has nothing to do with delivery time remaining.
