Incorrect signage near Helsingborg [66997]

This sign is indicating Stockholm and Göteborg for the southern bound exit, which clearly takes me to Malmö, and I'm guessing both parts of the sign should indicate a destination.

but when you are up there, what signs while there be ?

clearly you can drive to Göteborg and Stockholm taking this exit

scratch that there is no sign after that so if should be Malmö
