Possibility of generating Double Trailer Job to a country that disableds it [60524]

There could be a generation of a Double Trailer Job that delivers to a country which has doubles disabled when the origional Job expired.
Game Version: 1.31.2.12s 64 Bit
Sometimes reproducable

Steps to reproduce this bug:
1. Go to a company the has a double Trailer Job being generated(Doesn't matter which one, all Companys in every country that allows doubles have this problem)
2. Place your Truck/or drive to the company.
3. wait until the Job expired(I used console command to skip time to make this happen faster, but it could also happen without them, when you for example drive there and just arrive when the Job expired)
4. When the last minute ticked over, immedatly open the Job offer of this company
There a two possible things to happen:
5a. There will be a new Job that leads to a country with doubles enabled(no Problem)
5.b There will be a new Job that leads to a country with doubles disabled(Problematic since countrys that have doubles disabled could've company Prefabs that don't handle doubles(Parking place out of reach) or roads that are too small with doubles getting stuck in them)
If the first try didn't worked then just repeat at step 3 again and wait for another expired job.

Here some example Jobs that shouldn't been generated:

all lead to countrys that have doubles disabled, so those Jobs shouldn't been possible!

Coordinates shouldn't be required since this problem could happen in every company that generates doubles.
