[Oregon DLC] Remove "Reduced Speed Ahead" Sign - US-20 West near Burns, OR [72387]

The speed limit on US-20 West leaving Burns is 45 MPH. Shortly after the player leaves Burns, there is a "Reduced Speed Ahead" sign which is followed by another "SPEED 45" sign. The "Reduced Speed Ahead" sign should be removed because there is no reduction to the speed limit.

The issue could also be that the speed limit is supposed to be higher before those signs. In real life, the speed limit between Riley and Burns is 65 mph for cars and 60 mph for trucks.

The issue is bug because of ingame situation as @supersobes writes in description. Even the "SPEED 45" sign after this reduced speed could be removed.
I drove through this place at least five times and fully agree with @supersobes (I wanted to report it myself).
Real life is irrelevant at this place due to scaling.
