Any map mods that don't use map DLCs?

Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.
Posting in the Mods forum (ATS and ETS2) is restricted to sharing free-to-the-public mods and providing support for mods. For more details, please check chapters [4] and [5] of Forum Rules.

Isn't Hungary map independent from DLCs?

It is unclear what is wanted.
  • A standalone map?
  • A re-work of the core map?
  • An extension of the core map with areas otherwise covered by DLC?
If the last one exists, it would only come from somebody who don't owns the map DLC either. Not very likely, in my opinion. Who likes to work on maps has a high motivation to buy this stuff.

I can't help, I never used other people's map mods for ETS 2. So I know nothing about these.

EAA map don't require any DLC.
