Localization [NOT A BUG]

Not a bug. The cities names are essentially the same in any language.

For what its worth, the "country" names (the states) do have localization, but the cities do not.

Why then this item in the list of changes Country / state name localization settings?

SCS just didn't use it for the cities.

This is definitely a bug/oversight. The city names are localised in ETS 2 despite mostly being "essentially the same".

Here are cities in California transliterated to Russian and Japanese writing systems:

Make, at least, files with cities, as in ETS,
