The B6 from Dresden via Riesa, Wurzen to Leipzig would also be nice. Put the city of Riesa exactly in the middle (a lot of industry, including steel works, oil works, soap works, tire works, harbor, pasta factory ...)

Riesa:
- pasta factory: https://www.google.de/maps/dir/Teigware ... 91!1m0!3e0

- steel works: https://www.google.de/maps/dir/Feralpi+ ... 26!1m0!3e0

- oil works: https://www.google.de/maps/dir/Cargill+ ... 11!1m0!3e0

- soap works: https://www.google.de/maps/dir/Seifenec ... 07!1m0!3e0

- tire Works (Goodyear): https://www.google.de/maps/dir/Goodyear ... 04!1m0!3e0

- harbor: https://www.google.de/maps/place/ept+Au ... 13.2770104

Take a look at it;)

Hi,
I really love what you are trying to do with Germany in your updates.
Sadly the western part of Germany is a bit lacking, since the infrastructure from German Truck Sim was not built to make a realistic and logic connection anyway.
You tried to fix some of these problems, but I still think that especially the "Rhein Ruhr Area" is somehow unrealistic.
Many major highways and route coinnections are still missing or are shown in an unrealistic manner (A1 leading into Köln, A4 bypassing Köln, No A3,no A 40, A2 ending at Hannover,...)
So I made this little map out of your real ingame map.

https://imgur.com/a/z61SXlD

It would add many missing highway connections and leave out some unnecessary ones instead.
By the way it would bring some very interesting spots in that area, like "Kreuz Kaiserberg" next to Duisburg (a "spaghetti bowl" junction), also it could be a good chance to add "Port of Duisburg" north of the exit "Duisburg Hafen" on A40.
The A 40 to NL could be a first step to get traffic flowing again on the infamous local road north of Duisburg
A4/A3 between "Kreuz Köln Ost" and "Dreieck Heumar" are very famous traffic jam locations in Germany (and has 8 lanes) and A4 kinda leading into Köln would be more realistic too
Something I did not paint into the map is the possibillity to extend the A 46 at Düsseldorf via the "Fleher Brücke" across the river Rhein to A 61
The A 43 is of course not that realistic (it runs more in the west than A 45 in real life), but I tried to keep your connection in the area alive, and this was the best solution I came up with.
All ingame cities could stay mostly untouched or need only small changes, but I think the output of a much more realistic network would be worth it. Especially since it would give us some better connections into the Netherlands (and a new path via A3/A48/A1 south of Cologne in the completely empty area right now, could also open up a new connection to Luxembourg)

Greetings

I don't know about Augsburg, but Ulm could very well feature in the game if Kässbohrer ever features its trailers in the game
Proud student of Games and Multimedia in the Polytechnic of Leiria - the Portuguese capital of game development
(and still hopeful the city will feature in the game with a garage someday)

Hello there

I find it really great what you did at Hannover and I am very looking forward to further cities with a realistic look and all the nice little details as seen at Hannover.

At Hamburg sure there it is a must have to make the port area driveable and also the Köhlbrandtbridge..maybe you can also relocate the A7 and the Elbtunnel a bit .it is very very far out towards west and leaves almost no space for mappers who want also add the Elbe Weser triangle... Promodsmap has a little Bremerhaven. Euroadnet has it also but bigger cause the container and vehicle import and export are big topics at Bremerhaven.
Right after Hamburg Bremerhaven is second Important port in germany.. also Euroadnet added the smaller city Cuxhaven very realistic and the B73 until the Elbe ferry which is an alternative way to cross the Elbe. When I drive for vacation and use this ferry I see also many trucks going o to this ferries. At the other side is Glückstadt, a lovely small old town with ancient buildings, narrow roads and a little harbour. This is a challenging area to deliver goods there..

But I would also like a lot id you would extend the BAB 1 to north east and add the Baltic isle Fehmarn like Promods did also. Maybe you can make the "Vogelfluglinie" called highway a bit more realistic. The famous Fehmarn Sundbridge is also a great Landmark.
Until now only for Promods players driveable..

Similar the Isle of Rügen has also nice landscapes , the Landmark Prora, a leftover from WW2

At North Rhine Westfalia there is the city of Detmold, o don't know if it is that Important for trucks but it has the unique Hermann statue..but I am not sure if it is visible from any road used by trucks... A really cool thing could be if you add or overhaul in any case the landroad s or Bundesstraßen. They are looking so boring . And all visible villages are far away behind walls..please redo them just like at Austria and give theandroads some scenery village and small towns that are to be expected also IRL. No companies needed there maybe here and there like you did at Austria but Gasstations .

Hi there again, if you come to Bremen for rebuild this city you won't have too much space..maybe if possible think about to include Bremerhaven as well, both cities together are the federal state of Bremen. At Bremerhaven we have the second biggest Container port after Hamburg and. The biggest port for import and export of cars, trucks, construction machines and plenty of vehicles.. what you already started at Iberia fits also to Bremerhaven. You can see a taste of it how could it be if you look at the Euroadnet map project, where you can find a container and car port at this city..the cit itself is rather fictive build bit the port area is really fine..

In general would it be great if you woukd take care of northern port cities in Germany, since port areas are always a good area for trucks and picking up freights there..
Have a nice day

Just a mind game...
If you rework the Ruhr area you could build Duisburg, Essen, Bochum and Dortmund as one City just separated by entrance signs. That makes a lot of space for our landmarks and to build the A40 realistic.

Also i saw that someone wrote that you could build a container port. There are some container ports on ProMods and on the ATS map which are big and would fit perfectly as the Duisburg-Ruhrorter Häfen (Duisburg harbor). The tunnel as entrance to Duisburg should also be deleted if you don't build the A59 from Duisburg to Düsseldorf. That makes a lot of space to see the skyline which is a little bit invisible currently

Finally the most important things for the Ruhr area are the A40, the Duisburg harbor, some mines along the Autobahn and maybe a stadium from Duisburg (at the A59), Gelsenkirchen (if you build the A2) or Dortmund (at the A40 which becomes the B1entering the city) at the horizon like you did in Munich.

I think that future Dresden rework with all the free space in the area might be as good rework as Nurnberg or even better.
It should definitely follow roughly the same layout as current version but include things like Alberthafen river port
https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alberthaf ... drichstadt
And nearby landmarks like
https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dresdener_M%C3%BChle
https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Briesnitzer_Kirche (this one is already in the game though as a generic low poly church)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yenidze
The last one is definitely the most interesting one due to its sheer uniqueness (and just for that reason I think it must be included)
https://www.google.com/maps/@51.0587704 ... 312!8i6656

Also, with that much free real estate SCS might even try to replicate an actual city center
Baroque socialist-realist Altmarkt district and Kulturpalast:
https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haus_Altmarkt_(Dresden)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kulturpalast
https://www.google.com/maps/@51.0505539 ... 312!8i6656

Old Town:
https://www.google.com/maps/@51.0494475 ... 312!8i6656

The connection between city center and A17 might be via road B170. Notable landmarks next to it:
- Dresden City Hall:
https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neues_Rathaus_(Dresden)
https://www.google.com/maps/@51.0475672 ... 312!8i6656
- Train station:
https://www.google.com/maps/@51.0395997 ... 312!8i6656
- Orthodox church
https://www.google.com/maps/@51.0337245 ... 312!8i6656

Overall, if mapmakers did it just as good as Nurnberg, Dresden might be also insanely detailed. Also while connection to Lipsk via A14 is a more logical choice, I'd like SCS to keep Bundesstrasse 6 as well because Germany has not enough minor roads and also that would be a great opportunity to add Meisen as a scenery location, since it's a picturesque city
https://www.google.com/maps/@51.1636057 ... 704!8i4352
And even if they don't want to keep B6 road they might at least add EuroAcres somewhere nearby
