Except/and this isn't actually the one destroyed in WW2 right?

As I understand it this is the replacement bridge for the one destroyed in WW2, made (or at least commissioned) by the Germans. Then later this bridge was blown up as part of the filming of the movie you named about the battle in which the original bridge was destroyed. The director didn't want to use a miniature because, among other reasons, he wanted the destroyed bridge to become a landmark and tourist attraction. And then they couldn't even use the footage because there was too much smoke and dust, so the sequence was reshot with a miniature anyway. It's a cool landmark with a cool story, is what I'm saying, and I wouldn't mind it being just a little more visible from the road in game then in real life.
