The speed limit on highways for trucks is 90km/h, as opposed to the 80 km/h limit you got on the game. How couldn't you even get that right with so much time and research? That should be updated ASAP!

"GNR" - "Organ Transport"

#132 Post by plinio.lisboa.br » 12 Apr 2021 19:18

Let's talk about a subject that is very important in the Portuguese-speaking world: organ donation, in Lusitanian culture, whether in Portugal or in Brazil, the issue of organ donation is very strong. The Portuguese highway police, GNR, does a brilliant job of transporting organs on Portuguese highways between hospitals. The great advantage for SCS Software to simulate this type of event that is random, but occurs regularly on Portugal's motorway highways, would make it a little more immersive, would also make it possible to hold '' awareness events '' about donation in the future of organs, to "save lives''.

1. Godzilla - "GNR" - "Organ Transport"
The first "Godzilla" car for transportation is a Mercedes CLS. Officially not presented.
It will probably go through paint adequacy, lights, just like vehicle 2. Speculation.

Potentially these are leaked photos that are in a newspaper article:

2. Godzilla - "GNR" - "Organ Transport"
Nissan GT-R, the Nissan GT-R Black Edition model has a V6 engine, 530hp, 3.8 liter, turbo, with 6-speed automatic transmission, and 4-wheel drive. The car can go from 0 to 100 km / h in just over 3 seconds and can go up to 300 km / h quickly. Its maximum safe speed is 370 km / h.

GT-R's are used to transport human organs. The "Godzillas" are specially painted, with "GNR" and "Organ Transport" decals and emergency lights.

Quote: '' According to data from 2019, the National Republican Guard (GNR) has carried out 2,303 transports of human organs since 2010.
The three districts in which the most transport situations occurred by the GNR military were Lisbon (66), Coimbra (52) and Setúbal (49) ''.

Organ transport journey between Lisbon and Coimbra takes just 50 minutes.

The travel time between Lisbon and Porto is in average 1 h30 minutes. (Source: Record TV Europa. 5 years ago. Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gV69KMuGgpg Recommended. Possible new good random event).

So in a future update of the game it would be very interesting to have this dynamic that is very current on Portuguese highways.
Primarily with the '' Nissan '' car. Because they are the ones that already exist in official and public photos, official news and presentation to society.

Yes, exactly Fernando. The Nissan and Mercedes, works exactly like the Lamborghinis in Italy, for the transport of organs for transplantation.

The Gallardo police diecast is a very good police car.

I hope that SCS will be able to include among the news for the DLC Iberia in future updates the ''NISSAN GNR - TRANSPORTE DE ORGÃOS'' and the "LAMBORGHINI - TRANSPORTE DE ORGANS in Italy map ETS2. This suggestion of high speed police cars carrying organs, would be a good event interesting and would require the attention of the truck driver at ETS2.

"You know how my friend is; time is life '', human lives are a reality on Portuguese roads.

I really liked to discover, the Portuguese highways and GNR, transporting organs.
The incredible creativity of young people of this generation for these gaming things, is incredible! Well believe in another game (discovery in research; 2 mods) to simulate the Italian police work transporting organs in this video (link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XBLfeWCDpVU) and also created the transport of organs by the Portuguese police GNR (link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gIz8UYS_ZOI).

However, it lacks the realistic universe that we find only in ETS2. And in ETS2 the '' GNR - Transport of organs '' can be added in the DLC Iberia, map of Portugal. The transport of organs by GNR, would be something fantastic in terms of realism. I think players would be very surprised to find a car '' Nissan running at 370 an hour! '' Among them Lisbon-Porto, Coimbra-Lisbon, and other cities with highways. :o

Imagine the surprise of a player on the ETS2, on Italy's great motorways, seeing a police Lamborghini, rushing past a toll booth and speeding up and running to its destination of approximately 500 km. :o

Let's imagine a truck driver driving quietly on the motorway in Portugal, when suddenly he hears the police siren and the '' Nissan '' running and passing by the truck, in a super fast way. :o :o :o

It would be something very special to have these special GNR vehicles on the ETS2, and also for the Italian road police the Lamborghini.
I believe that the cause is quite noble, and perhaps also allows for the licensing of vehicles of these brands, and certainly very good to be associated with good ideas, for good goals, as is the case of organ transplantation that save lives. And who knows it is possible even licensed the factory that produce these vehicles in Europe.

If IC2 ever gets completed beyond south of Coimbra, this painting (work in progress) could be done. This wall is intended to be a postal card of the city of Pombal, reporting its history, notewothy places and activities that can made be in that city.

Examples of TP plates placement on the rear end of trucks. Every vehicle belonging to a Portuguese company with a gross weight above 2500kg and which main role is transport of merchandise must have TP plates or stickers in both ends. The front end plate/sticker can be placed anywhere in the in the front of the vehicle as long as it's not in the windshield and it does not obstruct its license plate or headlights.

This is the most common placement, opposite to the license plate
[ external image ]

This setup can be seen often too
[ external image ]

The placement of the rear TP sign isn't restricted to the mudguards, as seen in the picture below
[ external image ]

Or even in the truck's cabin

#139 Post by plinio.lisboa.br » 16 Apr 2021 08:51

--- Vila Nova de Cerveira ---

Today we are going to present a small Portuguese town that is in the Minho region bordering the Spain region of Galicia. The city has a bridge connection with Spain, forming part of a secondary route. It has historical, cultural, scenic and architectural attractions ranging from medieval castle-burg, imperial military fortress to border, national monument (Monumento do Cervo). The history of the region is marked by the cultural aspect of deer hunting that existed abundantly in the region in the mountains close to the city, nowadays the whole region is an area of environmental preservation, the animal species, an important symbol of the region. The Cervo monument is very famous throughout Portugal and also has the attraction of the highest and most scenic swings for the landscapes of Minho. They attract tourists from all over the country in the summer.

This is a very interesting attraction from the point of view of Portugal, it is a city from the medieval period, in the shape of an Urban Town, protected by the military fortress of the Lord of those lands.

The city also has its attractions, with a good number of monuments of bronze statues, as well as the architectural contrasts, which summarizes the long existence of this architectural city. The architecture goes from medieval period even to modernist constructions, which are found even in the city, with its newer neighborhoods. The city is also very famous for being the Portuguese capital of crochet.

Art Biennial - "Crochet Leaves on the Street ''.
Every two years, Vila Nova de Cerveira assumes itself as the '' Portuguese capital of the art of crochet '' between the months of July and September, with beautiful attractions. Between the 25th of July to the 30th of September. The first time of the crochet biennial was in 2014. The last edition was in 2020, the next in 2022, and later 2024, then 2026, 2028, ...

Every two years, the city is the European and world capital of crochet. A magnificent event that shows Portuguese creativity and the quality of Portuguese crochet textiles. As for the Euro Truck 2 game, it would be a very attractive, regular event, the occurrence of which would only exist for a short period in the summer, every 2 years during game time. The SCS creative team, then, could make a great inspiration event looking for crochet references, choosing those that were most attractive to the creative team, and putting these textures created in the game. It is a form of interaction, creativity, and also dynamism for the game scenario. The creative team would not necessarily need to be '' attached '' to the objects created during the real crochet biennials, but could create their own creations, in a form of virtual crochet textures and make their own biennial.
