A possible city to add into the game: Novo mesto English Wiki, Slovenian Wiki.

Novo mesto is about half way between Ljubljana and Zagreb. It is connected to the highway A2 by two exits Novo mesto - Zahod (https://www.google.si/maps/@45.8446686, ... authuser=0) and Novo mesto - Vzhod (https://www.google.si/maps/@45.8320509, ... authuser=0)

[ external image ]

Why should Novo mesto be added? Simply, it has three big industries that make for a lot of export.

North of river Krka is a pharmaceutical company called Krka d.d. (https://www.krka.biz/en/). They are on of the largest pharmaceutical companies in this part of Europe, employing more than 10000 people in total. They also have subsidiaries all around the world.

And south of the river is the Renault factory called Revoz (https://revoz.si/sl/). The make Renault Clios and Twingos for the whole Europe. They also make Smart Forfour and Smart EV. It is one of the biggest, if not the biggest factories in the whole country, I think it is a must have in the game.

[ external image ]

And third a bit to the west is Adria Mobil (https://www.adria-mobil.com/). They are makers of Caravans, mobile homes and vans. You will see their products in every campsite in Europe.

In my first post, I have mentioned that where are works being done on the highways where toll booths are being removed. This year they plan to remove seven of them. You can find where the works are being done here, unfortunately only in Slovenian.

@galimim - I think Maribor is more likely to be included in the game.

Why, you may ask? Here are a few reasons:

1. The size: It's a decently sized city that is much further away from Ljubljana, compared to Novo Mesto, which would be a bit too close to Ljubljana, considering the scale of the game.

2. Importance: The river Drava flows through the city (the Drava being a tributary of the Danube, one of the most important rivers in Europe). It's going to offer a lot more industry than Novo Mesto.

3. Scale: Like I said before, the scale of the game will not allow all major cities/towns to make it in the game. If anything, Novo Mesto would merely be a scenery town, whether it be accessible or seen in the distance from a major road.

Novo Mesto could possibly make it in a sequel (which will definitely happen in the long, undetermined future (possibly in the next decade or 2)), but for ETS2, it just isn't possible.

All of it its true. I am not an expert on Maribor, someone that lives closer should talk about it more in depth.

Koper could be possible, but either Koper or Trieste, not both of them. However, Koper is also close to Rijeka. I'm not sure.
