Main bus company
There are many bus companies operating in Spain, but if I were to name one, it would be ALSA, this is the most recognisable bus livery, althought there are many more:

Autonomous Communities welcoming signs 1
These are not official road signs, but regional governments place them in order to attract tourists and travelers curiosity and interest. I just made a short collection of these, I don't know exactly where can they be found, but given that they generally introduce a province, it's safe to say they're at the autonomous community border.

Blue and white paint is more common. I have never seen yellow paint.

Re: Spain pre-research tips
In all my life I've seen this cars with the colour white, so white for me. But i'm 50/50 to be honest
Yellow Cars
This Catalan newspaper says that from 2018 on, new traffic control cars are yellow and older traffic patrols Will progressively get painted. So I Guess that the Game needs yellow mossos d'escuadra Cars.

As @Esproquet says, white/blue is the common classic pattern
The yellow/blue is the new one they want to start include beginning past yer; but considering how low on money that administration is, the change will be sloooooow for sure. Also, the new pattern is only for the cars of the traffic control section. The rest of the Mossos cars will keep the classic whit/blue pattern.
