I am thinking that this is unnecessary writing posts. Why?
A simple reason, we do not know what the SCS is planning. If the SCS answers what is needed then it's easy for the game's fans to respond.
I can now put a lot of links about Serbia, does that make sense?
For example, I can upload snapshots and links to some location and roads. Finally SCS do something else.
I've lost myself or you have a lot of time to take pictures, present links and useful information.
Therefore, I ask the SCS to write what is necessary and in what way to go with the new DLC.

NIS
Good afternoon we are back to posting important information for the development of dlcs.
H, today we are going to post a series of trips in real time on the routes in Serbia, I am creating a playlist on YouTube where I am collecting these trips to be able to post can be very useful.

Driving in Serbia 2018. From Nis to Belgrade. RANDOM EVENT - ROAD:
Perhaps our friends from Serbia can talk a little more about the storms that can occur on the highways.
This video of a great dust storm, rain, wind. It was captured by a Spanish traveler, it is an impressive image.
We have nothing comparable in the ETS2 game.

Scary storm came out of nowhere on a highway in Serbia

Notice how car drivers and truck drivers walk until they reach the eye of the storm, where literally day turns into night, and you can no longer see; "half a meter ahead".

Twister
Serbia also has some tornadoes, as everything seems to indicate, as is the case for this event in 2017.
In which the driver recorded a tornado while moving between; Okolina Zrenjanina-Tomasevac.

Belgrade - Kopaonik route.

I would recommend SCS to watch videos from the SAT. You can find a lot of information here.

NOVI SAD
Is one of the most important cities in the Republic of Serbia.
It also has many industries and cargo and has other road connection options with both Serbia and other countries in the region.

City Tour main streets and avenues. Walking in NOVI SAD Petrovaradin Fortress:
Fortaleza is a symbol of the city of NOV SAD, and should be on the map of Serbia.
This fortress also has the particularity, it is possible to access its interior by car.

For game purposes it would also be important for trucks (without a trailer) to reach the entrance to the Fortress.
As for the cameras, it would be possible to take aerial shots and also from different angles, including on the other side of the river and nearby streets.
SCS Software could think of several ways for players to take great screenshots of the Fortress, and also of the bridge that is very close.
The sunset in this place is also admirably beautiful.
