Information about vertical marking: Installation of vertical road signs and the approval of vertical marking rules
Information about road marking: Approval of horizontal marking rules

note: the first document is dismayed by various appendices that you can consult here.

Turkey now has two new documents (for signage and road markings): Karayolu Trafik İşaretleme Standartları 1 and Karayolu Trafik İşaretleme Standartları 2 (Road Traffic Sign Standards)
There is also this document (again for both traffic signs and markings), but specific to access-controlled highways: Erisme Kontrollu Karayollarinda Trafik İşaretleme Standartları (Traffic Marking Standards on Access-controlled Highways)
Yatay İşaretleme (Horizontal marking) - road markings
Düşey İşaretleme (Vertical marking) - warning/danger, regulatory, information, parking and motorway traffic signs
