In Spain, we have the "Norma 8.1-IC señalización vertical de la Instrucción de Carreteras", which collect all the standards for traffic signs and road markings of the country.
Any ideas about sources with railroad crossings & traffic lights in Spain? Because unfortunately the links from www.mitma.gob.es do not load at all!
If you guys have problems to open the links from mitma.gob.es try this web, they have almost all the PDF from mitma re-uploaded http://www.carreteros.org/ (NORMATIVA section), for example you have the railcrossing marks at point 3.7.3 in this link http://www.carreteros.org/normativa/mar ... /3.htm#a31

I didn't know the "carreteros" webpage. Even in it's crude old-school simplicity, such a shame that a completely particular webpage is more useful than the official one from the administration in order to find the road norms and laws.

Nice handful on info you listed here, @Madel

With the kind assistance of @tobrago you may find page 79 onward in this document useful for Serbia.

The document below has signage:

https://www.putevi-srbije.rs/images/pdf ... zaciji.pdf

And

https://www.putevi-srbije.rs/images/pdf ... i_puta.pdf

it has speed limits and intersection design etc from the ministry responsible for roadways. A more expansive listing of documents can be found here:

https://www.putevi-srbije.rs/index.php/ ... atura-eng2

Edit: Tobrago came to me with more info:

This is the Latin alphabet which makes translation easier:
